We create research-based and relevant programs for worksite wellness and community outreach activities. We can assist organizations with the development of programs, activities, and initiatives that meet your desired community or clients' needs, through nutrition and wells activities. Depending on the project your insurance company might cover the service fee.

We offer group sessions for 2 or more individuals through relevant and scientific-researched-based nutritional counseling, with our registered and licensed dietitian. We focus on diabetes, cardiovascular illnesses, chronic kidney disease before dialysis, weight management and general health maintience. We accept insurance for this service.

We offer in-person and virtual based cooking classes for all ages. Our Culinary Director coordinates the event to your needs. Each class is culturally sensitive while considering any modifications need to meet the goals of the class. 

We focus on culturally relative solutions to your company's and clients needs. We assist with menu development,  community and market analysis, recipe development and program development. A initial consultation is required for this service and once completed both parties will agree on an action plan. This service is bill per hour.
